Reviews and Ratings
My stay at the hotel was quite pleasant. The rooms were spacious and clean, although we did notice a slight odor upon entering and remnants in the mini fridge from a previous visitor. The staff was cheerful, courteous, and helpful, even offering a better deal. The location was excellent, right across from the visitor center and close to many restaurants and shops. The buffet dining experience was satisfactory but could have offered more fresh options. Overall, a decent value for the money.
My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The rooms were lacking a mini-fridge, and the temperature was consistent at 67/68 degrees, plus a musty smell lingered. As a Hilton Honors member, I didn't receive an upgrade, leading to an uncomfortable bed and a bathroom in need of attention. On the bright side, the cable service was not working properly.
The hotel offers a convenient location in the historic district with friendly staff, but the rooms were a bit tight and had some odor issues. The breakfast was better than expected, and the facilities were well-maintained.
